The technician was polite and answered my questions. He found the problem with my system and replaced a bad part. I am getting cool air once again for under $200! It was only after the unit was repaired that I informed the technician that another company told me I needed to replace my entire heat pump. That would have cost thousands of dollars. I am thankful and satisfied with Guthrie Heating.
