The technicians were extremely thorough and diagnosed the issue with cooling one of our areas, and the owner spent considerable time explaining clearly issues affecting efficiency, and it appears that they resolved the issues and offered a reasonable alternative to a new unit for the upstairs if the issue reoccurred. Super courteous and left premises clean as could be!
