His rates were reasonable, and he was able to help me secure financing for 12 months with 0 payments and 0% interest. He stayed up late with the loan company to ensure we could get our application submitted and processed within 24 hours so we could have air for me, my sister, and her 5 kids by the next day. It took us 1 year to be able to find someone as honest, professional, and reasonable as Jason! I’m writing this review as a testament to others that patience is a virtue. The technicians were extremely thorough and diagnosed the issue with cooling one of our areas, and the owner spent considerable time explaining clearly issues affecting efficiency, and it appears that they resolved the issues and offered a reasonable alternative to a new unit for the upstairs if the issue reoccurred. System Works Like a Dream
AC broken again. First-time caller to Guthrie. They were out within a day, diagnosed the issue (terrible installation using undersized parts and a coolant leak), took pictures of the issue, described their fix, and provided a price. Gave us time to decide and returned when we asked to fix. Now the system works like a dream…cooling and not continuously running like before. Already seen power bill savings. Great job!
