"Satisfied Customer"

Dealt with Jason and his team twice now. The first time, I was initially quoted by a different AC company that told me they'd charge around $6k to replace my unit. Jason came out and actually checked the unit's serial number against the warranty and ended up replacing the entire unit for free under its manufacturer warranty and only charged around $70 for the initial diagnostic fee. The second time I had a blown breaker circuit that morning, called around 11, and he was here by the afternoon and had my unit fixed within 3 hours from it going out to him getting out and fixing it. Both times, paid very reasonable prices, and he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers. Won't be dealing with any other HVAC companies as long as he is around!

We have used the service of Guthrie Heating and Air for around 10yrs. Preventative maintenance and repairs if needed. Our units served us well for over 20 years. With advanced equipment, Guthrie was able to detect potential failures. We discussed the options and I found them to be fair and we arranged replacements prior to major repairs or total shutdown. The estimates were fair and came in under expectation. The work was scheduled and completed as projected. Things were done well and with very little mess and all clean up prior to leaving. No surprises and quality work. Thanks.

"100% Satisfied!"

Shout out to Jason Guthrie, a very personable young man who believes in great customer service. My AC when out yesterday. The first company I called failed to call me back by 11:00 this morning after I left 2 messages, so I called Jason based on recommendations in my HOA group. I called him at 11:05 this morning, he returned my call at 11:09, arrived at my house at noon, replaced the bad capacitor with one he had in his truck, and had my system up and running by 12:30. Then he thoroughly checked the AC unit AND the gas heating system in the attic for any warning signs of imminent problems. Then he made a minor adjustment to the return air vent access so it doesn't clunk every time the air comes on. All of this for a very reasonable charge. I was 100% satisfied!

Outstanding company. Not only were they able to change out my air conditioner unit for $2000 less than Corley, but they changed out my furnace as well, covered under the same prince. They used quality name brand products, not off brands like some of the other estimates we received. The installation was smooth and the workers were extremely courteous and explained what they were doing clearly and thoroughly. Guthrie is the only place I trust for my HVAC needs.

Within 15 minutes after arriving, the problem capacitor was identified and replaced. The technician took the time to assure that the system was operating efficiently. Then he gave me a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the value I received for my dollar. My system was repaired within 75 minutes after I called. I was happy to write the check. I contacted Jason (on vacation, no less, over a holiday weekend) and he was able to get Mark here quickly.
